Finding balance in this busy world Workshop
“Finding Balance in This Busy World”
Do you find yourself stressed through the day or sometimes even fearful that you are not good enough?
Do you feel rushed or overwhelmed often?
Do you think that sometimes there is simply not enough time to do it all? Is it difficult for you to just relax and enjoy the moment?
If you answered “yes” to any of these questions this workshop is just the perfect fit for you!
Nam Shakti, a Kundalini Yoga teacher, and Dagmara, a Vinyasa Yoga teacher, created this workshop for people who struggle to find balance in their busy lives.
Who should attend
This workshop is catered to both men and women who are looking to find alternative ways to find inner peace and balance. Whether you are a working professional or a stay at home mom. We all deal with different levels of stress and often feel overwhelmed and rushed in our interactions with others.
This workshop is perfect for those of you who are looking to learn how to create a more peaceful space internally and externally, so you feel happier and more at ease in your life.
We welcome all ages, sizes and experience levels. We believe that the beautiful practice of yoga can enrich the lives of all people, bring them peace, release tension and destress our mind and body.
