Autumn Yoga Retreat with Matt Gill




As the days get shorter, colder and darker, and as the busy festive season approaches, take time out to unwind in the beautiful South Downs countryside. Join Matt for a nourishing weekend of slow-flow yoga, mindful movement, breath work and meditation.

This weekend retreat will offer the time and space to immerse yourself in yoga practice, away from the busyness of your daily life. An opportunity to recentre and replenish body and mind.

£375 per person (earlybird rate of £325 if booked and paid for by May 31st). A non-refundable deposit of £125 will be required to secure your place.

Accommodation will be in shared twin or triple rooms with shared bathroom.

Delicious chef prepared vegetarian meals will be served at breakfast, lunch and dinner - dietary requirements can be catered for if notified in advance.

Arrival from 3pm on Friday 9th November 2018 (first yoga session at 5.00pm), departure by 3pm on Sunday 11th (last yoga session will end around 12.30, followed by lunch).
