Join the team at the Queens Hotel on Friday 3rd February as they host their second Supper Club - this evening in-keeping with 'Veganuary', the month where many consume purely plant-based foods in a joint effort to improve the environment and challenge their daily diet. The Queens Hotel is providing an elegant twist this Veganuary, as the Supper Club will pair vegan wines with an exclusive vegan tasting menu - hand-picked by Tom Ellis, a connoisseur from the specialist distributor of fine wines First Class Products. Tom Ellis has selected six vegan friendly wines to pair with each dish on the health-conscious five-course tasting menu, with vegan delights such as chilli-roast beetroot with hummus, toasted seeds, and crisp music bread, or vegetable pakora in a fragrant coconut dahl. The evening will start with a welcome glass of fizz and a chance to mingle with other like-minded guests, before an introduction to what makes wine vegan and the variety of wines from across the world that are best suited to the delicious dishes on offer.
