In the court of a tyrannical despot, an orphaned girl finds herself elevated to become the most influential woman in the land. Friendships form and fortunes change. Esther is in support of 2 local charities: - TIC , a Gloucestershire based charity whose mission is to improve, preserve and promote good mental health and wellbeing among children, young people and their families. - Listening Post provides a counselling service to adults living in Gloucestershire who are suffering emotional and psychological distress.
